After French Chef, Julia Child put out Goldfish crackers as an appetizer at one of her infamous dinner parties. Even still, The it took about 15 years for Pepperidge Farms to air its first commercial in America promoting its distinct snack. Why? Because that's when it first dawned on the company that they should be targeting kids, not adults. But adults love Goldfish crackers too, even if they’re too cool to admit it.
